Produced by the Asprasar Co-Op in South East Tolima, Asprasar is committed to preserving the environment for future generations and has achieved an impressive number of certifications: organic, NOP, EU, Jas, FLO, Rainforest Alliance, UTZ, and Manos de Mujer.
This lot was produced between 1,700 to 2,100 meters above sea level with rich soil that allows for the optimal production of coffee. The coffee underwent 12 hours of fermentation and dried for 10 to 20 days depending on the farm.
