We've developed our ochazuke mixes to make this version instantly achievable at home, hand-blending organic Japanese green tea, kombu, and Celtic sea salt with either katsuobushi (for the classic) or shiitake mushrooms (for the vegan) in just the right proportions. Simply add to rice with the toppings of your choice and pour boiling water over to make the perfect ochazuke any time.
