Our signature rice blend is made of black wild rice, sweet brown rice, and white short-grain rice. When cooked the rice has a deep purple color and especially sticky texture. We recommend eating with your favorite pickles or banchan.
3 lbs makes approximately 8-9 cups of cooked rice.
Cooking tip: Soak rice in water for at least 2-3 hours for best results. Steam with ginger or garlic or in chicken broth to add flavor.
