Shipping + Returns


SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped pending item availability and order volume. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for handling. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and we offer $7 flat rate shipping within the contiguous US.
We offer free local pickup from our store in Los Feliz, Los Angeles. If you'd like to pick up your order, use code LOCALSONLY at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange the pickup. If you're already using another discount code, leave a note at check out and we will refund your shipping charge.

Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once the package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@shoptenzo.comPlease make an effort to report damages within two days of your order being delivered so that we can file a timely claim with the shipping company. 
At this time, we offer shipping to the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and throughout Europe. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If the calculated rate ends up being significantly lower than the actual cost to ship, we may invoice you for the difference prior to shipping.

RETURNS

We accept returns of any unused, undamaged products within 7 days of delivery for store credit minus shipping costs. Glass, ceramics, and pantry items are not returnable. All items must be in their original packaging. If you would like to make a return, please email us at hello@shoptenzo.com for approval before sending your item. We cannot offer credit for any returns sent without approval. 

At this time we are not able to accept returns on orders shipped outside of the US.
