Your order will be shipped pending item availability and order volume. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for handling. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and we offer $9 flat rate shipping within the contiguous US.
We offer free curbside pickup from our studio in Echo Park, Los Angeles. If you'd like to pick up your order, select that option during check out. You will receive a notification with instructions when your order is ready for pickup.

Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once the package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with photos of the damaged item and the packaging, and hold onto the packaging until your claim is processed. If the carrier decides to do an inspection and you no longer have the packaging, unfortunately we will not be able to process your claim.
At this time, we offer shipping to the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and throughout Europe. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If the calculated rate ends up being significantly lower than the actual cost to ship, we may invoice you for the difference prior to shipping.
We accept returns of any unused, undamaged products within 7 days of delivery for store credit minus actual shipping costs. Glass, ceramics, and pantry items are not returnable. All items must be in their original packaging. If you would like to make a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for approval before sending your item. We cannot offer credit for any returns sent without approval.
At this time we are not able to accept returns on orders shipped outside of the US.
