Shipping + Returns


Your order will be shipped pending item availability and order volume. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for handling. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and we offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous US. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once the package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@shoptenzo.comPlease make an effort to report damages within two days of your order being delivered so that we can file a timely claim with the shipping company. 
At this time, we are only able to offer shipping within the US.


We accept returns of any unused, undamaged products within 7 days of delivery for store credit minus shipping costs. Glass, ceramics, and pantry items are not returnable. All items must be in their original packaging. If you would like to make a return, please email us at for approval before sending your item. We cannot offer credit for any returns sent without approval.
