We use locally sourced vegetables, pasture-raised meat and eggs, and sustainable seafood. Our menus are seasonal and subject to change throughout the year depending on the availability of ingredients.
The Omakase Bento is served in a box made of balsa wood and rice paper. The Hiyashi Bento is served in a clear plant-based plastic bowl. Each bento comes with your choice of chopsticks or fork and a paper napkin. All of our packaging is compostable.
