Shipping + Returns


SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped pending item availability and order volume. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for handling. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and we offer $9 flat rate within the contiguous US.
If you would like expedited shipping, please email us at hello@shoptenzo.com to inquire about rates and times.
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once the package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days at hello@shoptenzo.com with photos of the damaged item and the packaging, and hold onto the packaging until your claim is processed. If the carrier decides to do an inspection and you no longer have the packaging, unfortunately we will not be able to process your claim.
At this time, we offer shipping to the US, Canada, and Mexico. If you would like to order from a country not listed, please contact us for shipping quotes. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If the calculated rate ends up being significantly lower than the actual cost to ship, we may invoice you for the difference prior to shipping. The customer is responsible for paying any duties or taxes charged upon import to their country.

RETURNS

We accept returns of any unused, undamaged products within 7 days of delivery for store credit minus actual shipping costs. Glass, ceramics, and pantry items are not returnable. Metal items, like copper, brass, and carbon steel, must be completely untarnished. All items must be in their original packaging. Damaged or missing packaging may result in a restocking fee of 15%. If you would like to make a return, please email us at hello@shoptenzo.com for approval before sending your item. We cannot offer credit for any returns sent without approval. 

At this time we are not able to accept returns on orders shipped outside of the US.
