Traditionally used to measure rice, these little wooden boxes are perfect for a variety of uses around the house. Use them to scoop from canisters, serve small bites in them, use them to hold paperclips or other odds and ends. They're also traditionally used to catch the overflow of generously filled shots of sake, called sosogi-koboshi, as pictured with our fino sake glasses.
