This piece can be used as a salt cellar, a sugar bowl, or to keep any sort of herb or spice for handy seasoning. Pairs with the ash lid and brass spoon or horn salt spoon, sold separately.
Hasami Porcelain is designed by Taku Shinomoto in Venice, CA, and made in Nagasaki, a port city in southwestern Japan long known for both its manufacture of pottery and international trade.
