Perfect for soup, cereal, side dishes, and more, these bowls were made by LA-based ceramic artist Shoshi Watanabe. Combining traditional Japanese techniques with a laid-back California aesthetic, Shoshi's work is subtly expressive and draws inspiration from the natural world.
The current batch of Mizumi bowls comes in both the classic matte harvest glaze as well as a glossy white speckle. The harvest glaze features natural variations from a mossy tan to lighter tan with coppery accents. As is the nature of handmade objects, each piece is totally unique.
