Carved from aromatic, absorbent hinoki, Japanese cypress, this generously sized bath mat features slats and a ridged surface that allows water to drain off. Hinoki is prized in Japan for its lovely pine fragrance, as well as its anti-microbial and mold-resistant qualities.
Based in the mountains of Kochi, Japan, Tosa Ryu have been handcrafting pieces for the home from local hinoki wood since 1960.
