Sushi rice recipe :
2 gō (3/4 US cup) Japanese rice, cooked 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt
Mix the vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan over low heat until dissolved. Add the mixture to the cooked rice and stir well to incorporate.
